The amenities in the room were nice, but the
Overall cleanliness of the bathroom left something to be desired. The bed was comfortable, and the front desk staff were friendly, yet a few more updates would enhance the experience .

I greatly enjoyed the hotel, it's absolutely great and the location is decent to other baseball fields. The staff was attentive, went the extra mile to provide a very pleasant stay. Location: the property was really close to a Walgreens and eateries, the Lubbock airport, and many other restaurants. Stayed for 1 day and did not want to leave, I will be back: D

The location was convenient for sightseeing.
The staff was exceedingly rude and dismissive . They misquoted the price, trying to charge us more than expected. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome, ultimately leading us to cancel our reservation.

The staff when I arrived was courteous. They had a computer to print out directions to our next destination. The lobby was clean and we did have a microwave and coffee maker in the room. They did have a free breakfast. But we didn't go eat.
The receptionist wasn't clear on the directions to get to the hotel. And the description of the room wasn't what it was when we arrived. The beds were not comfortable and there was alot of traffic noise as well as other guests that were not considerate.

Couple seeking comfort on a budget
For $35 you get a clean room with a nice tv and a fridge that actually keeps stuff cold,, I should know. The breakfast was decent,,,, hot eggs and sausage along with a waffle maker that I couldn't resist.
It wasn't exactly a steal, but still,,,, I think it was acceptable.

I had a wonderful time at this place, especially enjoying the cozy lounge area after a long day and the refreshing pool to unwind. There's a lovely garden perfect, but the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times. I'd recommend this spot for anyone looking for a comfortable stay 😊

Manager very helpful resolving "lost" reservation...Staff courteous and helpful.
The entire place is old and it shows. The beds in our room were old and broken down. While the relative expense of staying here was low, it was not a good value for the cost.

I appreciated the cute atmosphere with the warm decor. The staff were attentive and friendly, always checking in to ensure I had everything I needed. The room itself, a King Room Non-smoking, had decent amenities like a tv and free toiletries. Unfortunately, there were some downsides. I noted the common areas could use more seating as they felt a bit cramped, especially during busy times. There was also a lack of options for breakfast, as the area seemed limited.

clean room but needs better attention to details
The room I stayed in had a comfortable bed, made for a decent night's sleep. I also liked the city view from my window. The staff were polite and responsive, made check-in smooth.
The overall cleanliness could have been improved as I noticed dust on some surfaces.
